Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Available if cancelled more than 30 days before the start date Partial Refund: If cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior, 50% of the total fee will be returned to cover non-refundable deposits and overhead. Final Window: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat are non-refundable, though they may be transferable to another individual at the discretion of V137.
